Rooms are available in either the European Plan or the All-Inclusive Plan, depending on room category booked.

With the exception of Full Suites, all rooms offer one king bed or two double beds and accommodate a maximum of four guests. Full Suites offer only one king bed and accommodate a maximum of two guests.

Resort Lagoon View Room - Resort-building rooms feature pink marble floors, light-colored furniture including two sitting chairs and a desk/chair set, and a tub/shower combination in the bathroom. These rooms provide views of the large lagoon between Cancún Island and the mainland.

Resort Ocean View Room - These rooms in the Resort building are identical to Resort Lagoon View rooms except they provide views of the Caribbean.

Deluxe Balcony Ocean View Room - These rooms are located on the top floor of the Towers building and provide panoramic views of the Caribbean from their balconies. Towers rooms feature rough-textured walls and tile floors. Dark-wood furniture, blue-and-gold bedspreads, gold drapes, a wrought-iron floor lamp, and a glass coffee table with matching end tables create a stylish ambience. Each room contains a marble vanity with a stool facing a wall-size mirror, a marble table with two chairs, and two telephones. Large bathrooms include a tub and a separate stall shower.

Towers Ocean View Room - These rooms are located below the top floor but otherwise are identical to Deluxe Balcony Ocean View rooms.

Full Suite - Stepped down along the pyramid side of the Resort building, these enormous suites feature 30-by-30-foot terraces containing 6-by-6-foot spas tiled in blue. From the terraces both the Caribbean and the lagoon can be seen. Each terrace is furnished with a dining table and four chairs shaded by an umbrella as well as two padded lounge chairs for private sunbathing. Suites have bedrooms and living/dining rooms separated by louvered doors. Bedrooms include a separate sitting area furnished with an easy chair, footstool, and television. Living/dining rooms include a couch facing a coffee table, an easy chair and footstool, a desk/chair set, and a glass dining table with two chairs. Floor lamps, prints on the wall, and wood trim accents complete the home-like ambience. Suites also include two roomy bathrooms. Suites offer only one king bed and accommodate a maximum of two guests.

Yakin Grill - Open for lunch and dinner, this place provides a view of the sea and specializes in seafood and pasta.

Deli Express - Located in the resort's shopping arcade, the Deli Express serves sandwiches and other light foods on an open-air terrace.

The Beach Bar - The place for fast foods such as burgers, this open-air spot features tables adorned with live plants growing in large pedestal glasses filled with beach sand and colored water.

Pool Bar Caracol - Pizzas, snack foods, and tropical drinks are the attractions at the pool bar, which has a swim-up side.

Amenity highlights: Running the entire width of the resort and including low dunes crossed by a wood-slat path, the beach beckons guests to the Caribbean's turquoise waters and offers them lounge chairs for sunning and thatched-roof palapas for shade. Pools in front of the Sheraton's two buildings, the Resort and the Towers, offer a diversion from the beach. Tranquility reigns around the large Towers pool located on a terrace furnished with padded lounge chairs; the terrace also holds a children's pool. Adjacent to the Resort building is a pool consisting of two huge intersecting circles with a volleyball net between them. On a lower level terrace is a large children's pool.
